21 day yoga challenge.

I'm taking part- you should too! I started today.. only 20 minutes but better than zero! I think this is going to be a good way to encourage myself to practice in order to keep my sanity.  things are getting crazy around here and I often don't feel I can fit in exercise but what's 20 minutes? I can always spare 20 minutes.  I feel that keeping everything in perspective is important and I'm not ready to give up something I love for 6 whole weeks! so yoga challenge it is.

okay, now back to the books :)
